  • Case-By-Case Evaluation
We recognise that every client’s situation is unique. As such, in exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial refund if it is deemed appropriate based on the specifics of the case. These refunds are at the discretion of our management and are issued to accommodate the unforeseen complexities in your application process.  
  • Eligibility For Consideration
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
  • If HSA Visa World fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.
  • If there is a proven error on our part that directly leads to a service failure.
  Please note, that dissatisfaction with a legal or visa decision made by external entities does not qualify for a refund.
