  2. In the event of the discovery of a discrepancy in the details filled by me at any stage in the immigration process or otherwise, HSA Visa World Immigration and Educational Consultants Pvt. Ltd. has full right to revoke their services and will not be liable to pay me any compensation or refund any fees paid till the stage.
  3. I hereby declare that I have never applied directly to any foreign college or university or through any other agency, as confirmed by the details I filled out in the registration or other forms.
  4. All the documents I submitted during the registration process are completely authentic and verified. In case the documents are found to be fraudulent at any stage when availing of the services from HSA Visa World Immigration and Educational Consultants Pvt. Ltd., I am not entitled to any refund or compensation.
  5. I allow HSA Visa World Immigration and Educational Consultants Pvt. Ltd. to share regular updates on my smartphone, PC, and other electronic device through various communication channels.
  6. I validate the representatives of HSA Visa World Immigration and Educational Consultants Pvt. Ltd. to present my case in front of all the relevant authorities involved in the immigration and foreign education process.
  7. I give my consent to HSA Visa World Immigration and Educational Consultants Pvt. Ltd. sharing my confidential information related to immigration or foreign education with foreign authorities and universities.
  8. I agree that HSA Visa World Immigration and Educational Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Limited does not promise admission to any institute based on coaching and results.
